These terms apply to the use of iphonerepairbrooklyn.com and to repair, trade-in and sales services provided by Avenue D Cellular at 1080 Utica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11203.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices and vary by model, part and condition. Your final price is confirmed after diagnosis and before any work begins. No repair is performed without your approval.

Your device and data

Please back up your data before any repair. While standard repairs do not erase data, we are not responsible for data loss, especially on devices that are already damaged, water-damaged or unstable. Remove SIM and memory cards you do not want us to handle.

Warranty

Repairs are covered by our shop warranty on the part installed and our workmanship. The warranty does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or repairs or opening by another party after our service. Ask us for the exact warranty terms for your repair at drop-off.

Pre-existing conditions

Damaged devices may have hidden faults that only appear during or after repair. We will tell you about any additional issues we discover and quote before doing more work.

Unclaimed devices

Please pick up your device promptly after we notify you it is ready. Devices left for an extended period may be subject to storage policies explained at drop-off.

Trade-ins and purchases

We only buy devices you own outright that are not reported lost or stolen and are signed out of iCloud / Google accounts. Valid ID is required.

iPhone, iPad and MacBook are trademarks of Apple Inc. Samsung, Galaxy and other names belong to their respective owners. Avenue D Cellular is an independent repair shop and is not affiliated with or authorized by Apple or Samsung.
