The board is cleaned in a specialized bath that uses sound waves to reach under chips and remove every microscopic trace of salt or minerals.
Logic Board Rework
Our technicians use microsoldering to replace any resistors, filters, or IC chips that were shorted out by the liquid.
Function Testing
Final stress tests on the Battery, Display, Face ID, and Wi-Fi ensure the phone is stable and safe for long-term use.
Common Questions
Should I put my iPhone in rice?
No. Rice absorbs very little moisture and actually traps humidity inside the phone. It also introduces starch and dust into the ports. The best thing to do is turn it off and bring it to a pro.
Is my data gone forever?
Not necessarily. As long as the CPU and NAND (Memory) chips are intact, data can almost always be recovered. Even if the screen is dead, we can pull data using our lab equipment.
